Japanese Restaurant

“Yoshi on Denman“, its simply means the Yoshi Japanese Restaurant which is situated at the Denman Street, Vancouver. Yoshi is a typical traditional Japanese restaurant that situated far from the hustle bustle of the city. Yoshi promised with the original Japanese cuisine by serving only the best ingredients of the season and the freshest everyday. Founder of the Yoshi is Yoshinobu Kobayashi (A.K.A. Koba-san). The most interesting is the Kaiseki’s food presentation. There are up to 7th serving which serve to the customer in sequence. Its like what the we have in western food, appetizer firs, then follow with soup, main course, dessert, etc. But for Kaiseki, there are no specific name for every serving. By the way, the end of course is the dessert.
